Recent League Announcements

The 2026 Season is officially underway.   The first 6 weeks of the season have been scheduled.  More League notices and updates can be found on the League Annnouncements page.

Special note:   Attn all mgrs & our umpires •  The Fieldstone field is the back baseball field - we don't have the permit yet for the front softball field.
For games at The Highway Garage Field - because they now have such a high fence - it'll be a home run instead of a double.
please note•. Certain fields teams that helped the league obtain a field - they will play most of their home games at the particular field. There are only approximately 3 out of our 20 teams that did so.

ROSTERS are open for managers to edit their rosters for the season. July 1 @6:00 PM, rosters are locked.

D1B - In the lone 1-B game, the Hibernians convincly defeat the newcomers to the leage, All American Masonry, 16-4. D 1-B now sees 3 teams tied for the top spot at 1-1.

Division 2

Thunder 2.0 23 -11 over ODB !  The game started With both teams tied at 10 runs each after2 innings. Starting from the 3rd to the 5th Thunders bats exploded, scoring 13 runs. Joel R ,Joel E, Mike M, and Jose M, each with long HRs ! Going 4for4 were  Joel E, Joe D, Edwin O, and Jose M.  Going 3for3 were Joel R, Davin R, and Phil V Jr. With 2 hits were Ali B, Sean P, and  Lenny F.  The Team collected 36 hits. Our RBI leaders were Jose M, with 4 and Joel E and Joe D with 3 each. Jose M got the win pitching 5 innings. [Report aubmitted by Dr. Phil V]

After losing their season opening game, the Eagles and Halligans had a shoot-out, with the Eagles prevailing. Eagles up 8-0, 9-6, 22-7 to bottom 7th, when the H-men score 10 runs over the last 3 inns to make it close and scary. A 13-run, top 7, put the game almost on ice. Highlighted by HRs by Joe R (3-6, 3 runs, 7 rbi), Chris P (4-5, 3 runs, 3 rbi), and Billy R (4-5, 2 runs, 2 rbi); Wilkin J gave a shot to RC for a standup triple. Having a banner day was Brian G (4-5, 2 runs, rbi), and asked does not 4 hits give me a HR too! However, Brian became a Goat as he did not slide into 2nd base on 2 very close FC stand ups. Three hit agents were Brian U (3-4, 3 runs, rbi), Charlie F (3-5, 2 runs, rbi), and Mike L (was 2-4, 2 runs, walk, rbi) Defensively, George V and his rubber arm threw a career high 321 pitches; and reported was last seen at Eagle Medi-care, seeking info on robotic arm replacementGame totals were 31 for 58,  22 runs scored, + 2 walks, but 7 infield errors made !!  Defensively, Billy R had 2 very short hops to first base where he handled them both flawlessly and avoided 2 throwing errors and an Eagle negative-record.

Even in win, the Skipper had to hand out several Dead Eagle' Awards to the E-Goats of the Day: no-slide twice Brian G, too many errors with name withheld so as to avoid police protection, and the Fab-2: Ed K and Chris R as no shows due to football weather. (Reporting by Eagle' Sports Columnist, of the Eagle Journal, from Eagle-land, Cousin Eagle writes)

- The Panthers notch their first win of the seson against defending champ, the Parlays. The champs drop to 0-2 early this season and the Panthers move into the middle of the pack.

- Oh to be at the diamond last Sunday to see the Mavericks record their first W in a nail biter against the Deadheads (7-6). This must have been quite an exciting game to attend.

- Dodgers continue to dominant their opponents with a lopsided victory 934-130 against the Blazers.

- The emotional rebuild Swingers are showing the therapy sessions might  be working, as the pineapple express totally dominants a Knights squad (26-1) struggling without several top players.
